Shipping policy

SHIPPING

• Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and shipping unless otherwise stated.

• Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

• After shipment, please allow 4–6 business days for delivery (carrier delays may occur).

 

LOST PACKAGES

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

• If your package is lost, please contact USPS or your local postal carrier to file a claim or request assistance.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

PRE-ORDERS

• All items are currently pre-order.

• Production begins after your order is placed.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production or carrier delays.

• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these processing times.
