As an emerging brand, we've encountered challenges with the premade method, leading to significant inventory losses. To clarify, we are not scammers. Our typical shipping timeframe is 2-3 weeks. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

WHY PREORDER?

Preorders are essential for sustaining our brand, allowing us to save money and avoid inventory losses. At YouthfulBloom, we promise to transition to premade products by the end of 2024. This improvement is only possible with your continued support. Thank you all, and God bless.

WHAT DOES PREORDER MEANS?

Preorder means that your order is not yet made or premade. This method helps our company manage resources effectively, and over time, we will transition to fully premade products. Thank you for your wonderful support.

Typically, preorders take 14 business days to produce and an additional 5-7 days to ship to our facility in Dallas, Texas. Once we receive your order, we package it and ship it out via USPS Express Shipping (1-3 days). The total wait time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

HOW LONG IS THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM WHEN I BUY?

When you place an order with Youthful Bloom (Monday to Friday), we send an invoice to our trusted manufacturer on Friday. Please allow 14 business days for production.

After production, it takes 2-7 days for the item to ship to us via USPS or DHL. Once we receive your order, we package it and ship it out via USPS within 1-2 days.

HOW DO I STAY UPDATED WITH MY ORDER?

WHAT DOES "ORDER SHIPPED" MEANS

This means we have printed your shipping label and tracking number, but the package has not yet been dropped off at USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for the package to be handed over to USPS after the label is printed.

YOUTHFULBLOOM RULES

Please do not wrongly file a chargeback. If you do, we will contact your bank and file a dispute, which may result in a $100 fine. We kindly ask that you refrain from spamming, commenting hate speech, or posting complaints on our Instagram or any other YouthfulBloom social media pages.
